AXI Protocol and VIP development

Welcome to the AXI Protocol & VIP Development course. AXI (Advanced eXtensible Interface) is one of the most widely used on-chip communication protocols in modern SoCs and FPGA-based systems. A strong understanding of AXI is essential for engineers involved in RTL Design, Verification, FPGA Development, and SoC Integration.  

This course is designed to provide both protocol-level understanding and practical verification insights. Rather than memorizing signal descriptions, you will learn how AXI transactions operate, how masters and slaves interact, how ordering and arbitration impact system behavior, and how Verification IP (VIP) is developed and used in real-world verification environments.
